You cannot open "part05" by itself. You must have parts 01 through 05 (or however many exist in that set) for WinRAR or 7-Zip to merge them into the usable firmware.

Plug the TV back in. Some models require you to hold the on the TV panel while plugging it in to trigger the "USB Upgrade" screen.

The TV will show a progress bar. Do not turn off the power during this time, or you may "brick" the TV (render it unbootable). Important Troubleshooting

Place the extracted firmware file (e.g., allupgrade_5507_sos.bin ) into the root directory of the USB (not inside any folder). Initiate Update: Power off the TV and unplug it from the wall. Insert the USB drive into the TV's USB port.
