Ran saves Shuhei by knocking out the culprit with a powerful neck kick. It is revealed that Shuhei was the one who had once sent a love letter to the lady whose house was broken into (his late friend's wife) to thank her for her past kindness.

This new dub uses a different cast from the original Funimation run (though some actors returned in new roles) and is released as part of curated "Episode Selections".

While Funimation originally ceased dubbing the series after Season 5, a new English dub produced by Studio Nano for TMS Entertainment began releasing on Crunchyroll and Netflix in July 2025.
