Download the profile archive (usually a ZIP or RAR) and extract the folder. The folder name will be a long string of numbers and letters (the HEX code of the profile name).
To use a downloaded profile, you must place it in the correct directory so the game recognizes it:
Navigate to your Windows Documents folder: Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles
Move the extracted folder into this profiles directory.
Road discovery is often at 100%, allowing for instant teleportation to various cities on the El Dorado Map.
