The hardest part of training isn't the physical pain; it's the voice in your head telling you that you’ve done enough. For me, boxing has been the first thing in my life that I’ve felt so drawn toward that I’m willing to fight that voice every single day. I want to exceed, I want to do good at it , and that means showing up when I feel like a 2/10.
We all see the highlight reels, the ring-walks, and the "perfect" gym fits. What you don't see is me staring at my alarm at 5 AM wondering if anyone would actually notice if I skipped just one session. (Spoiler: my coach definitely would, and he’d have me doing extra burpees for a week). Ellebrooke_
