I would like to again thank Enriching Journeys and its team for a wonderful Indian Journey. Nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we disembarked your colleague and your driver was there waiting for us with a smile. Of course, the added extra was that the Bossman was there too. Every hotel you booked was clearly alerted that we should get the Enriching Journeys experience and they did not disappoint. The hotels went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and sometimes embarrassingly “Above and Beyond” Our driver Ram who spent 2 weeks with us was the most polite, considerate, caring and competent driver I have ever had in India.
We always felt safe with Ram at the wheel and how he negotiated trucks, busses, cars, bicycles, motorbikes, pedestrians and cows, left us astounded. A cold water bottle on our return from sightseeing, a cold beer or soft drink and a refill of snacks, hand sanitisers and tissues were always available. Even an umbrella was presented one day when there was a rain shower. Nothing was too much and nothing could be improved. Just keep up the good work. As our Indian journey also took us to Mumbai and Tamil Nadu we had to bid farewell to Rajasthan. Again nothing could have been smoother. Our flights were reconfirmed, seats booked and boarding passes presented to us by your representatives of the various cities. Your regional offices and guides were always on time and respectful, helpful and efficient. I cannot fault your organization and this has been one of the best India tours I have ever experienced.
